Product Label Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support product development and maintenance by coordinating label creation and artwork processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring product labels are accurate compliant with regulations and delivered on time while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate label artwork from initial concept through to final completion
• Support product development and maintenance through effective label management
• Ensure all product labels are technically accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on label specifications and timelines
• Manage and execute label-related projects using subject matter expertise
• Utilize the EPIC database on a daily basis and act as a key resource for the team
• Monitor and ensure adherence to labeling guidelines and standards
• Provide training and support to team members on labeling processes and systems

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 35 years of relevant professional experience
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
