Were looking for performance marketers in Egypt who want to use their ad skills to find the right candidates and get paid for every hire. About the role - Independent contractor fully remote on your own hours - You create and run job ads (Meta TikTok Google and other channels) for our open roles - Leads go into our pipeline and we handle screening interviews and the employer side together with you - You test learn and scale what works What you earn - Performance-based payouts for every candidate from your ads who gets hired: typically 300 to 1000 per placement depending on the role - No cap on your earnings. The better your ads convert the more you make - Partners who prove their results can get ad budgets funded by us plus better payouts and first pick of new roles - Youre paid your share when the employer pays us.
