Job Summary
The People & Culture Officer (Generalist) is responsible for the day-to-day human resources activities within the company focusing on building a collaborative and inclusive work culture. This role encompasses a broad range of HR functions including administrative recruitment employee relations staff professional & development and compliance with labor regulations.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries.
- Oversee payroll benefits administration and leave management ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain and update HR policies handbooks and systems to reflect best practices and organizational needs.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop workforce planning strategies to ensure San3a Tech has the talent needed to meet its goals.
- Collaborate with managers to define hiring needs and establish role-specific KPIs.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and management providing guidance on conflict resolution and employee concerns.
- Implement performance management systems that promote accountability growth and constructive feedback.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend actionable strategies to address feedback.
Culture & Engagement Initiatives
- Develop programs to build a vibrant inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
- Organize team-building activities recognition programs and other initiatives to strengthen employee morale.
- Ensure alignment of San3a Techs values with daily operations and employee behaviors.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs across the organization and create tailored development programs.
- Support leadership development through workshops coaching and feedback mechanisms.
Strategic HR and Change Management
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Lead organizational change initiatives ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates time-to-hire) and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven expertise in talent management employee engagement and HR operations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
