Job Summary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across various levels of an organization.
- Solid understanding of the electronic payments industry including payment processing gateways digital wallets POS systems and e-commerce integration.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive value for both the company and its partners.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong negotiation problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Personal Attributes:
- Results-driven and highly motivated with a passion for developing win-win partnerships.
- Detail-oriented organized and able to handle complex contracts and agreements.
- Adaptable and able to navigate through change in a rapidly evolving industry.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business development partnerships or account management preferably within the payments fintech telecom electronic payment industry sectors.
- Proven track record of managing and growing partnerships in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and building long-term business relationship
