Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Part-Time Recruiter to join our People & Culture team. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across both commercial and technical positions ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and a smooth hiring process.
Work Model & Hours
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Working Hours: 4 hours per day 5 days per week

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviews assessment and offer coordination.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn job boards referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Handle recruitment for both commercial and technical positions across different seniority levels.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews to assess qualifications experience and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
- Conduct headhunting and proactively approach relevant candidates for open positions.
- Support the People & Culture team in achieving hiring targets and improving recruitment processes.
Requirements
- 13 years of proven recruitment experience in both commercial and technical/IT positions.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills particularly through LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of technical and commercial profiles and their respective hiring requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to commit to 4 working hours per day 5 days per week.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with the People & Culture team.
