Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Louisiana-licensed Optometrist to provide care 23 days per month at an established outpatient clinic in Alexandria LA.

This is a great opportunity for an OD looking to supplement an existing practice build additional monthly income or enjoy meaningful patient care without taking on another full-time commitment.

At $1100 per visit this opportunity can add $2200$3300 in monthly income while requiring only a few weekdays each month.

CMC handles the operational side of the clinic so you can focus on what you do best: seeing patients and providing excellent care.

Youll provide optometry services inside an established community-based outpatient clinic serving primarily senior patients.

This is not a retail or high-volume optometry environment.

Our providers work within a coordinated care model where the emphasis is on thorough patient-centered care rather than rushing from one appointment to the next.

CMC coordinates the equipment supplies scheduling and administrative logistics needed for your visits allowing you to walk in provide care and leave the operational work to us.

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments

• Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice

• Prescribe corrective lenses and make appropriate treatment recommendations

• Document patient encounters appropriately

• Communicate recommendations with the clinics care team

• Provide compassionate patient-centered care to an aging population

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program

• Active and unrestricted Louisiana Optometry License

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Dependable and comfortable working independently

• Experience with senior or medically complex populations is helpful but not required
