Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PAM Administrator to join the IT Access Control Unit within a leading banking environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation administration monitoring and support of the BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution. The resource will also participate in the upcoming Identity and Access Management (IAM) project planned for Q4 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support the BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution.
- Monitor PAM platform performance availability and security.
- Manage privileged accounts credentials access policies and session controls.
- Handle user requests troubleshooting and incident resolution related to PAM services.
- Perform routine maintenance upgrades and system health checks.
- Generate reports and maintain documentation related to privileged access activities.
- Ensure compliance with banking security standards policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity infrastructure and application teams to support privileged access requirements.
- Assist in audits security assessments and compliance reviews.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Information Systems or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in IT Security System Administration Access Management or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust PAM solutions is preferred.
- Understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.
- Familiarity with Active Directory Windows Server environments and access control mechanisms.
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and information security controls.
- Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within banking financial services or highly regulated environments.
- Exposure to IAM solutions and access governance processes.
- Relevant security certifications are considered a plus.
Required Skills:
Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience managing projects within the banking sector. PMP Certification is mandatory. Strong experience in project planning risk management and stakeholder management. Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
