Key Responsibilities:

• Create customized holiday and travel packages
• Handle client inquiries and travel consultations
• Prepare attractive quotations and detailed itineraries
• Coordinate with hotels airlines DMCs and travel suppliers
• Manage reservations and bookings from inquiry to confirmation
• Support clients with travel documentation and visa guidance
• Deliver outstanding customer service before during and after travel

What Were Looking For:

• 2 years of experience in outbound tourism travel consultancy or tour operations
• Strong knowledge of popular international destinations
• Experience creating and selling holiday packages
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple bookings with high attention to detail
• Good English proficiency

Preferred Experience:
Amadeus Sabre Galileo or other GDS systems
Hotelbeds RateHawk Expedia TAAP or similar travel platforms
Honeymoon luxury family and group travel packages
Visa support and travel documentation processes
