Oracle Hospitality PMS Senior Installer

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Hospitality PMS Senior Installer to join our team on a full-time basis. As a leading provider of technology outsourcing services we are dedicated to delivering innovative and efficient solutions to our clients in the hospitality industry.

As the Senior Installer you will be responsible for installing and configuring the Oracle Hospitality Property Management System (PMS) for our clients. This includes understanding the clients specific needs and requirements planning and executing the installation process and providing training and support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements for the Oracle Hospitality PMS

- Plan and execute the installation and configuration of the PMS ensuring it meets the clients needs and specifications

- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure the PMS is functioning properly

- Provide training and support to end-users including troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues

- Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery

- Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in the Oracle Hospitality PMS and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades

- Document all installation and configuration processes and provide regular reports to project managers and clients

- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the installation process

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in installing and configuring Oracle Hospitality PMS

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Hospitality PMS and its various modules

- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to PMS installations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Proven track record of successful PMS installations and client satisfaction

- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
