Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure attendance and discipline.
- Implement directives from top management.
- Manage office files correspondence and official documents.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper archiving of records.
- Follow up on contracts invoices and office expenses.
- Supervise office staff (secretaries customer service admin assistants).
- Conduct performance evaluations and submit regular reports to management.
- Organize meetings training courses workshops and conferences.
- Coordinate between departments (Sales Marketing HR).
- Handle communication with external parties (suppliers partners guests).
- Welcome doctors and trainees ensuring a professional image of the Association.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office management preferably in education medical or training organizations.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably experience with CRM/ERP systems.
