Job Summary

Design develop and customize Odoo modules across various functional areas.
Implement and integrate JSON-based logic APIs and custom workflows.
Enhance and extend features in the Odoo Website and Portal to improve user experience and business functionality.
Write clean maintainable and well documented code following best practices.
Manage and execute deployments on including branches staging and production environments.
Troubleshoot debug and optimize existing customizations and business logic.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.

Requirements

5 years of professional experience developing and customizing Odoo.
Strong hands-on expertise in Odoo v18.
Proficiency in Python XML JavaScript and JSON.
Proven experience with Website/Portal customization and API integrations.
Solid experience managing environments and deployments on .
Strong debugging problem-solving and performance optimization skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced highly customized environment.

Required Skills:

* Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. * 35 years of experience in HR and/or office management. * Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices. * Excellent communication (verbal & written) in English. * Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. * High level of organization and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint). * Familiarity with HR systems/software (or ability to learn quickly)
