Job Purpose:

Create and maintain reliable demand forecasts for products and customers ensuring the right products are available at the right time while optimizing inventory investment. The role partners closely with Sales Marketing Supply Planning and Finance teams to translate business insights into actionable demand plans that support customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create short- medium- and long-term demand forecasts using historical sales data market trends promotional plans and business intelligence.

• Coordinate and facilitate the monthly demand planning cycle.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Forecast Accuracy Forecast Bias Service Level and Inventory Health.

• Identify root causes of forecast deviations and implement corrective actions.

• Prepare demand insights and forecast assumptions for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.

• Help minimize stock-outs excess inventory and obsolescence risks.

• Balance customer service requirements with inventory investment targets.

• Generate reports dashboards and business analyses to support decision-making

Why you

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration with area of specialization in Business Pharmaceutical studies Engineering

• Three to five years of relevant experience is required for this role

• This role requires strong knowledge and experience in dealing with international sites different global markets and knowledge of cross border logistics

• Supply Chain certification (APICS/CIPS) Six Sigma Certification SAP knowledge

• SAP APO-IBP experience is required
