Medical Manager Oncology Egypt LEVANT Iran & South Africa

Responsibilities:

• Leading and developing the LocalMedical strategy and Medical activitiesfor Amgen products in accordance tointernal and external regulations.
• Act as an advisor and give guidance on the development and execution of Medical strategy and Medical activities for distributors in Levant Iran and South Africa.
• Therapy area and/or product specific Medicaltraining
• Ensuringconsistency of Medicalcontent and scientific messagesacross various tools and materials
• Visits selected KOLs and study groups for strategic discussions andprotocol development
• Partners with the BU Manager in the development and execution ofthe Local product(s) lifecycle management plan
• Oversees in-sourced/outsourced Medical programs and logistics
• Supports Local regulatory and ethics approvals for developmentprotocols
• Provides Medical expertise for pipeline products
• Provides Medical expertise for Health Economy and reimbursementrequests
• Liaise with potential investigators in non-sponsored clinical research
• Advance MSL value proposition identify gaps achieve results and set an example for others to follow by consistently demonstrating Amgen values and leadership attributes.
• Lead and support congress activities as aligned with strategy
• Compliantly collaborate with cross-functional colleagues.
• Provide Medical support Medical trainings guidelines and product scientific data . for distributors in Levant Iran and South Africa.
• Approve of promotional and Non-Promotional Material.

Key requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Medicine Pharmacy or any other relevant field.
• 6 to 8 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry preferably in one of the MNCs.
• Knowledge of commercialization and business practices
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical product development product lifecycle andcommercialization process with advanced understanding of other functions;including but not limited to Clinical Operations Commercial Regulatoryand Medical Affairs
• Oncology Therapeutic area knowledge
• Finance and budgeting acumen
• Strong communication skills & customer orientation
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team
