Job Summary

The Medical Manager oversees the complete planning development and operational execution of all gynaecology-related educational programs including Gyna & Derma Courses. The role ensures scientific accuracy operational excellence and high-quality delivery across all programs while managing the performance and development of the gynaecology coordination team.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Planning & Development

  • Lead the design and structure of all scientific programs (theoretical & practical).
  • Develop course agendas manuals training guides and curriculum outlines.
  • Ensure programs follow scientific educational and accreditation standards.
  • Identify opportunities to develop advanced tracks fellowships or new educational pathways.

2. Faculty & Instructor Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with speakers KOLs and practical training doctors.
  • Confirm instructors schedules and ensure smooth communication before each course.
  • Coordinate clinical cases patient selection operating theatre scheduling and hands-on models.
  • Ensure all faculty receive finalized agendas briefing notes and logistics in advance.




3. Operational Execution & On-Site Management

  • Oversee all on-ground operations during courses and workshops.
  • Ensure training venues equipment materials and patient cases are ready before sessions.
  • Solve on-site challenges calmly and efficiently.
  • Monitor course quality and participant experience across all days.

4. Leadership & Team Management

  • Supervise and mentor medical coordinators.
  • Assign responsibilities clearly and ensure adherence to SOPs and timelines.
  • Conduct weekly meetings to review progress challenges and operational needs.
  • Assess team performance and provide ongoing training and feedback.

5. Accreditation & Compliance

  • Review all course documents prior to accreditation submission.
  • Ensure evaluations logbooks sign-in sheets certificates and assessments meet DHA/ACCME/SCFHS standards.
  • Maintain documentation archives for compliance and audit requirements.
  • Support the accreditation specialist with complete and accurate files.

6. Collaboration With Marketing & Sales

  • Provide medically accurate content agendas and course briefs to the Marketing Manager.
  • Approve scientific details in brochures landing pages posts and ads.
  • Coordinate with CRM & Sales regarding participant updates seat availability and follow-up lists.
  • Support the creation of success stories case studies and educational assets.

7. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Collect participant and instructor feedback after each course.
  • Analyze outcomes and implement improvements in the next cycle.
  • Ensure all programs follow clinical standards safety protocols and best practices.
  • Keep up to date with international guidelines and integrate them into the curriculum.

8. Reporting & Documentation

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to the CEO on course performance challenges and resource needs.
  • Document recurring issues and solutions to improve efficiency across future courses.
  • Maintain updated dashboards for course delivery faculty performance and program outcomes.


Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Vet or any other related field.
* 45 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management medical coordination or a similar role.
* Prior experience in team leadership and task auditing is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in task management and reporting tools.
