Mechanical Site Engineer
Job Summary
We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a reliable and highly motivated Mechanical Site Engineer to join our top-qualified and knowledgeable team for one of our major projects in Suez Egypt.

What you will need to do:
- Plan supervise and execute preventive predictive and corrective maintenance activities for factory machinery and equipment.
- Monitor production line performance and implement improvements to maximize equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and continuously improve maintenance practices.
- Monitor spare parts availability and optimize maintenance costs while maintaining equipment performance.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures quality standards and health & safety requirements.
- Prepare maintenance reports analyze equipment performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing plant productivity and minimizing downtime.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.
- 35 years of experience in maintenance within concrete products manufacturing or a similar industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems.
- Good understanding of industrial machinery rotating equipment hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Experience in troubleshooting mechanical failures and conducting root cause analysis.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
- Good planning analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
