Mechanical Site Engineer

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a reliable and highly motivated Mechanical Site Engineer to join our top-qualified and knowledgeable team for one of our major projects in Suez Egypt.

What you will need to do:

•  Plan supervise and execute preventive predictive and corrective maintenance activities for factory machinery and equipment.
• Monitor production line performance and implement improvements to maximize equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and continuously improve maintenance practices.
• Monitor spare parts availability and optimize maintenance costs while maintaining equipment performance.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures quality standards and health & safety requirements.
• Prepare maintenance reports analyze equipment performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing plant productivity and minimizing downtime.

What you will need to have:

•  Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.
• 35 years of experience in maintenance within concrete products manufacturing or a similar industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems.
• Good understanding of industrial machinery rotating equipment hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience in troubleshooting mechanical failures and conducting root cause analysis.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
• Good planning analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
