Job Summary
Connectalents is hiring a Mechanical Engineer for a leading real estate developer delivering innovative residential commercial and mixed-use projects that are shaping the future of urban communities.
Job Role
Supervise the installation of HVAC plumbing and firefighting systems on site.
Review mechanical drawings BOQs shop drawings and material submittals.
Ensure all mechanical works comply with project specifications quality standards and approved drawings.
Coordinate with subcontractors consultants and site teams to resolve technical issues.
Conduct site inspections monitor progress and prepare technical reports.
Support testing and commissioning activities before project handover.
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5-7 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of HVAC plumbing and firefighting systems.
Experience in site supervision technical coordination and reviewing shop drawings.
Good understanding of construction codes and quality standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Good command of English

Minimum 3 years of experience in large real estate development projects (commercial malls and mixed-use developments). Proficiency in ETABS SAP2000 SAFE and AutoCAD.
