Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Novotel Cairo El Borg Egypt. you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness engage our target audience and support our business goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels including social media email and digital platforms
- Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook Instagram Twitter and LinkedIn
- Create engaging content for our website social media and marketing materials
- Collaborate with our team to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
- Analyze marketing metrics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign performance and ROI
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Assist in organizing and managing marketing events both online and offline
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform marketing strategies
- Contribute to the development of marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns
- Support the development and maintenance of the hotels marketing calendar
- Assist in managing customer relationships and addressing inquiries related to marketing activities
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role preferably in a similar industry
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Experience with content creation and graphic design tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with marketing trends and best practices in the Egyptian market is a plus
