Mandarin Speaking Tour Operator, Cairo

The Mandarin Speaking Tour Operator is responsible for designing and selling tailored travel packages to incoming clients while meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role works directly with Mandarin-speaking clients counsels them on travel options responds promptly to inquiries oversees booking procedures and ensures that travel requests are processed accurately. The Tour Operator collaborates closely with the companys contracted travel desks and operates in shifts to provide 24/7 support to clients.

• Meet and exceed the communicated sales targets for incoming travel clients.
  

• Design tailored packages for incoming clients ensuring they enjoy unforgettable vacations.
  

• Sell travel products and services using solid arguments to incoming clients.
  

• Counsel clients on various travel choices and explain differences between available options.
  

• Deal directly with clients over the phone and meet and assist them during operations.
  

• Respond promptly to clients inquiries.
  

• Oversee the booking procedure and ensure accurate processing.
  

• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle travel requests efficiently.
  

• At least 5 years of experience in travel operations or sales.
  

• Graduate of a commerce higher institute or university.
  

• ECDL diploma holder.
  

• Excellent command of Mandarin and English languages.
  

• Availability 24/7 and ability to work in shifts at the companys contracted travel desks.
  

Experience Required: 5 years of experience in travel operations or sales.

Education Required: Graduate of a commerce higher institute or university; ECDL diploma.

Languages Required: Excellent command of Mandarin and English.
