Job Summary
Our client is a leading company in IT managed services and digital transformation hiring through Reference Agency.
Were looking for a Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance function at a strategic level setting the policies plans and standards that keep assets equipment and facilities operationally ready efficient cost-controlled and fully compliant with quality health and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own the overall maintenance strategy in line with company objectives
- Set preventive predictive corrective and emergency maintenance policies and procedures
- Oversee annual and operational plans across all sites/units and track execution
- Drive the highest levels of asset readiness and reliability
- Approve operational and capital maintenance budgets and monitor spending efficiency
- Lead and develop maintenance managers; review performance and deviations
- Ensure compliance with quality occupational health & safety and environmental standards
- Oversee asset replacement renewal and technical development plans
- Manage supplier and contractor relationships; approve contracts and technical SLAs
- Report to senior management on performance risk and improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelors in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
- Advanced qualification in Management or Operations preferred
- Senior leadership experience in maintenance management ideally in large or multi-site operations
- Proven experience building strategies budgets and performance management systems
