Maintenance Director

Were looking for a Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance function at a strategic level setting the policies plans and standards that keep assets equipment and facilities operationally ready efficient cost-controlled and fully compliant with quality health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own the overall maintenance strategy in line with company objectives
  
• Set preventive predictive corrective and emergency maintenance policies and procedures
  
• Oversee annual and operational plans across all sites/units and track execution
  
• Drive the highest levels of asset readiness and reliability
  
• Approve operational and capital maintenance budgets and monitor spending efficiency
  
• Lead and develop maintenance managers; review performance and deviations
  
• Ensure compliance with quality occupational health & safety and environmental standards
  
• Oversee asset replacement renewal and technical development plans
  
• Manage supplier and contractor relationships; approve contracts and technical SLAs
  
• Report to senior management on performance risk and improvement opportunities
  

• Bachelors in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
  
• Advanced qualification in Management or Operations preferred
  
• Senior leadership experience in maintenance management ideally in large or multi-site operations
  
• Proven experience building strategies budgets and performance management systems
