Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our outbound sales efforts. The role focuses on identifying engaging and qualifying prospective clients through structured data-driven outreach campaigns with the objective of generating qualified sales meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and build targeted prospect lists aligned with defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
Source and enrich lead data (emails phone numbers company details) using tools such as Lusha ZoomInfo or equivalent platforms.
Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email LinkedIn cold calling).
Create and optimize outreach sequences to maximize response and conversion rates.
Engage with prospects to qualify interest and book meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of leads activities and outcomes in CRM systems.
Continuously test and improve messaging targeting and campaign performance.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting and outreach strategy.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or any other related field.

2 to 3 years of experience in lead generation SDR or outbound sales roles.
Hands-on experience with lead sourcing and enrichment tools (e.g. Lusha ZoomInfo).
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required).
Experience with outbound sequencing tools (e.g. Apollo Outreach Salesloft) is a plus.
Ability to work with data segment audiences and optimize campaigns.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
