We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a dynamic LCL-focused role that combines customer experience operations and financial coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Review and approve income entries within the system accurately and timely.
Enter income and expense invoices related to shipment files into the system.
Prepare and share daily weekly and monthly follow-up reports with customers.
Coordinate with foreign offices to monitor operational processes and resolve issues efficiently.
Analyze cargo profit/loss root causes and report findings to management.
Ensure registration processes are completed accurately and in compliance with standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for LCL customers.
Identify operational risks proactively and drive timely issue resolution.
Collaborate closely with origin and destination teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and maintain regular communication.
Track cargo movement and provide status updates to customers and stakeholders.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) customer-specific IOPs and monitor KPIs.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing processes.
Build strong customer relationships and understand their business needs and expectations.
Who We Are Looking For
12 years of experience in the LCL (Less than Container Load) business is required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a finance-related role with strong financial understanding.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Highly proactive action-oriented and able to work independently.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Fluent in both English and Arabic.
