We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a dynamic LCL-focused role that combines customer experience operations and financial coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve income entries within the system accurately and timely.

• Enter income and expense invoices related to shipment files into the system.

• Prepare and share daily weekly and monthly follow-up reports with customers.

• Coordinate with foreign offices to monitor operational processes and resolve issues efficiently.

• Analyze cargo profit/loss root causes and report findings to management.

• Ensure registration processes are completed accurately and in compliance with standards.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for LCL customers.

• Identify operational risks proactively and drive timely issue resolution.

• Collaborate closely with origin and destination teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and maintain regular communication.

• Track cargo movement and provide status updates to customers and stakeholders.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) customer-specific IOPs and monitor KPIs.

• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing processes.

• Build strong customer relationships and understand their business needs and expectations.

Who We Are Looking For

• 12 years of experience in the LCL (Less than Container Load) business is required.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a finance-related role with strong financial understanding.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Highly proactive action-oriented and able to work independently.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
