Landside FinOps Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Accounting Operations Team Leader to join our finance organization and support the delivery of accurate compliant and efficient accounting operations.
About the Role
As a Landside FinOps Lead you will oversee daily financial operations while leading and supporting a team responsible for accounting processes reporting accuracy and financial compliance. This role combines operational accounting expertise with people leadership responsibilities in a dynamic international environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring financial integrity process efficiency and continuous improvement across accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure delivery of value proposition to all customer segments through on time and accurate FinOps service in line with local and global standards
Have full control & ownership of FinOps performance management service controls and KPIs
Lead operational finance team through accountability of files estimations reporting performance and business partnering
Secure accurate and timely reporting of business results
Deliver high quality of job costing activities according to global standards
Continuously drive internal process improvements including implementations of new work procedures automations opportunities capacity optimizations and management
Accountable for internal audits results and owner of solutions/mitigation measures
Manage relationships and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Lead train and foster the development of team members
Who We Are Looking For
Bachelors Degree
Solid background at supply chain retail or shipping industries
Min. 2 years of experience at related field people leadership experience is an asset
Proficient at SAP/ERP System
Fluent in written and oral English
Strong multi-tasking abilities and detail-orientation
Strong in team engagement business acumen and initiatives productivity improvement projects
Capability to collaborate and engage with stakeholders at various countries/seniorities
