## Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Quality Technical Inspection Engineer to join our Quality Control team. The ideal candidate will participate in reviewing software requirements and design documents ensuring quality standards are met and supporting the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about software quality documentation review and continuous learning.

## Key Responsibilities

### Requirements & Documentation Review

* Review Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) and Design Documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Verify that requirements are clear testable and aligned with business objectives.
* Review traceability matrices to ensure proper test coverage.

### Quality Assurance Activities

* Assist in preparing test plans and defining testing scope.
* Identify document and track defects and inconsistencies.
* Verify issues reported by team members and ensure proper resolution.
* Develop creative and edge-case scenarios affecting the applications business domain.

### Reporting & Communication

* Prepare and maintain quality reports and project documentation.
* Communicate findings and project status to team leaders and stakeholders.
* Follow company quality standards and procedures.

### Continuous Improvement

* Participate in process improvement initiatives.
* Contribute ideas to enhance quality processes and tools.
* Pursue self-learning and professional certifications in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.

Qualifications :

## Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field.
* **12 years of experience** in Software Quality Assurance Quality Control or Software Engineering.
* Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
* Understanding of testing principles standards and methodologies.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.

## Technical Skills

* Understanding of Requirement Analysis and Test Case Design.
* Familiarity with Bug Lifecycle and Defect Management.
* Experience using bug tracking tools such as Jira Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
* Basic knowledge of SQL and API Testing is a plus.
* Good documentation and reporting skills.
