What Youll Lead & Achieve:
- Empower and lead a high-performing sales team championing excellence growth and collaboration.
- Own strategic accounts and nurture long-term relationships with executive-level clients across the Jeddah region.
- Design and deliver tailored IT solutions that address real business challenges and drive measurable success.
- Negotiate with confidence securing the best pricing delivery schedules and support from top vendors.
- Drive performance by forecasting pipelines ensuring timely invoicing and aligning cross-functional execution.
- Build the future expand our customer base and presence in Jeddah through innovative strategies and trusted leadership.
- Coach and mentor your team building a culture of continuous improvement learning and results.
- Stay sharp monitor market shifts customer needs and industry trends to keep us ahead of the curve.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 14 years in IT sales with 3 years in a leadership role.
- A proven record of hitting targets and growing strategic accounts.
- A passion for building lasting client relationships and unlocking real value.
- The ability to motivate and develop talent you dont just lead you elevate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills especially with C-level stakeholders.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Local knowledge of the Jeddah market is a strong advantage.
