Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Lead the design deployment and configuration of OpenText ITOM solutions including:

Service Management Automation X (SMAX)

Operations Bridge (OpsBridge)

Network Operations Management (NOM)

Configuration Management System (CMS)

Universal Discovery (UD)

Asset Management X (AMX)

Operations Orchestrator (OO)

OPTIC

Analyze client s IT operations identify gaps and provide strategic recommendations for process improvement.

Configure and integrate OpenText ITOM products with other enterprise tools

Automate IT processes using OpenText ITOM tools to improve service delivery and reduce downtime.

Implement realtime monitoring and alerting to identify and resolve infrastructure and application issues.

Develop custom scripts and workflows to enhance automation and operational efficiency.

Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving issues within the OpenText ITOM environment.

Develop training materials and provide training to internal teams and clients on OpenText ITOM best practices.

Ensure compliance with IT security standards and guidelines during implementation.

Monitor system performance postimplementation and finetune configurations to maximize efficiency.

Create and maintain technical documentation including solution design configuration and deployment procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Relevant certifications in OpenText ITOM tools (e.g. SMAX OpsBridge NOM etc. or ITIL Foundation are preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of handson experience in IT operations management including design deployment and configuration of ITOM solutions.
Proven experience working with OpenText ITOM suite including:
- Service Management Automation X (SMAX)
- Operations Bridge (OpsBridge)
- Network Operations Management (NOM)
- Configuration Management System (CMS)
- Universal Discovery (UD)
- Asset Management X (AMX)
- Operations Orchestrator (OO)
- OPTIC
Experience integrating ITOM tools with enterprise systems (e.g. CMDBs monitoring tools ticketing systems).

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in OpenText ITOM tools (e.g., SMAX, OpsBridge, NOM, etc. or ITIL Foundation are preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IT operations management, including design, deployment, and configuration of ITOM solutions. Proven experience working with OpenText ITOM suite including: Service Management Automation X (SMAX) Operations Bridge (OpsBridge) Network Operations Management (NOM) Configuration Management System (CMS) Universal Discovery (UD) Asset Management X (AMX) Operations Orchestrator (OO) OPTIC Experience integrating ITOM tools with enterprise systems (e.g., CMDBs, monitoring tools, ticketing systems).
