Job Summary
BayanTech is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage our IT operations infrastructure and security. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations while driving technology initiatives that support our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (networks servers hardware software cloud systems)
- Ensure system availability data security backups and disaster recovery
- Lead IT projects upgrades and digital transformation initiatives
- Oversee cybersecurity access controls and compliance
- Manage IT vendors licenses and service providers
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees
- Monitor IT budget costs and performance KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
- 58 years of experience in IT operations
- At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of networks systems cloud platforms and cybersecurity
- Excellent problem-solving leadership and communication skills
