The IT Intern will provide support to the IT department byassisting with a variety of tasks including:

• Helpdesk support: Answering user questions troubleshooting problems and resolving issues.
• Software development: Assisting with the development and testing of new software.
• Network administration: Maintaining and troubleshooting the companys network infrastructure.
• Security administration: Implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk support to users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Computer Engineering Information Technology or a related field. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates who are eager to launch their careers in Information Technology.
• A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong academic and writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A willingness to learn and work hard.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with a programming language such as Java Python or C.
• Experience with a network operating system such as Windows Server or Linux.
• Holding any of Network CCNA MCSA MCSE Certificates is preferable.
