IT Infrastructure, ERP & AI Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities

· Administer and support computer networks, servers, hardware, software, operating systems, applications, configurations, and related IT environments.

· Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, WiFi, routers, switches, firewalls, WAPs, controllers, internet connectivity, and network security devices.

· Manage local/cloud servers, shared folders, storage, user permissions, access rights, backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures.

· Protect company data, ERP records, financial files, contracts, engineering drawings, software, hardware, and confidential documents from loss, misuse, cyberattacks, or unauthorized access.

· Maintain antivirus, endpoint protection, email security, MFA, firewall rules, access control, user permissions, and cybersecurity best practices.

· Troubleshoot and resolve IT, network, hardware, software, ERP, email, website, printer, CCTV, IP telephone, attendance, access control, GPS, and application issues.

· Coordinate repair, replacement, upgrade, and maintenance of faulty IT, server, network, CCTV, telephony, printing, and office technology components.

· Support ERP administration, database updates, master data, data entry, reports, user access, backups, and module coordination across finance, HR, payroll, procurement, inventory, CRM, projects, operations, maintenance, document control, and reporting.

· Compile, verify, enter, review, correct, organize, and maintain customer, supplier, account, project, inventory, and operational data within approved time limits and procedures.

· Manage and update company websites, domains, hosting, email accounts, online forms, social media accounts, and related digital platforms.

· Administer and maintain CCTV, IP telephone systems, attendance machines, access control systems, GPS tracking systems, printers, scanners, and related devices.

· Respond to user requests, provide authorized access to files and systems, identify recurring problems, and implement practical corrective actions.

· Support AI tools, Company GPT, AI document search, AI knowledge base, AI help desk, and AI assistants for HR, sales, procurement, projects, engineering, and management.

· Support workflow automation using n8n, Make, Power Automate, Zapier, APIs, or similar platforms to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

· Support engineering software environments such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Primavera P6, Tekla, SolidWorks, drawing management, and document control systems.

· Prepare technical specifications, compare supplier offers, coordinate with vendors, monitor SLAs, warranties, licenses, deliverables, and support contracts.

· Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, license records, access matrices, network diagrams, backup logs, system records, issue logs, and management reports.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

· Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, MikroTik, Azure, AWS, cybersecurity, ERP, AI, or automation are preferred.

· Strong English communication and technical documentation skills.

Required Experience

· Minimum 5–8 years of practical experience in IT administration, network administration, infrastructure, systems support, ERP support, cybersecurity, or business applications.

· Practical experience with networks, servers, hardware, software, CCTV, IP telephony, websites, emails, cloud systems, ERP, backup, disaster recovery, and user support.

· Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, dashboards, and digital transformation is highly preferred.

· Experience in contracting, construction, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, project-based, or multi-branch companies is a strong advantage.

Required Technical Skills

· Windows Server, Linux, cloud/local servers, shared folders, storage, access rights, and user permissions.

· Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email systems, meeting applications, domains, hosting, and websites.

· LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, WiFi, routers, switches, WAPs, controllers, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and application transport protocols.

· Cisco, MikroTik, Fortinet, or equivalent network and security platforms.

· Backup, disaster recovery, NAS, antivirus, endpoint protection, MFA, access control, and cybersecurity best practices.

· ERP systems such as Axolon, Odoo, ERPNext, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

· CCTV, IP telephony, attendance machines, access control, GPS tracking, printers, scanners, and office devices.

· SQL, Python, REST APIs, Power BI, AI tools, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and automation tools are preferred.

· AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Primavera P6, Tekla, SolidWorks, and document control systems are preferred.
