As part of Orbias Precision Agriculture business Netafim turns this purpose into action by helping growers grow more with less through innovative irrigation solutions. To support this mission in Egypt we are looking for an Irrigation Technical Product Engineer to connect customer needs with technical expertise strengthen product performance and support the successful implementation of our solutions across the market.

Technical Leadership & Support

Act as the primary technical expert for irrigation solutions in Egypt.

Provide advanced technical support to sales team customers and partners.

Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to internal team distribution channels customers and stakeholders.

Support key customers and strategic projects through site visits and technical validation.

Product & Solution Management

Interface with corporate product managment to support product adaptation improvement and localization for Egypt market.

Provide structured feedback from the field to drive continuous product improvement.

Support introduction and deployment of new products and technologies.

Project & Market Support

Support technical execution of irrigation projects ensuring correct design application and performance.

Supervise project installtions within Egypt.

Analyze product performance customer feedback and competitor solutions.

Contribute to technical input for bids specifications and large-scale projects.

Technology & Market Insight

Monitor irrigation technology trends regulations and competitive developments in Egypt.

Represent Netafim in technical forums exhibitions and customer events.

Proactively identify technical risks and opportunities in the market.

Requirements:

BSc or MSc in Agricultural Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related field.

35 years of experience in irrigation agri-technology or technical sales support roles.

Strong hands-on knowledge of irrigation systems and field applications.

Experience working cross-functionally with sales engineering and operations.

Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures.

Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
