The Internship at Medtronic will support and help Surgical innovation team within an assigned tasks on following up orders from hospitals finalizing all related invoices with customer care and products release .

Internship details:

• Start date: December/January
• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Cairo
• Working hours: 40 h/week
• Working model: hybrid

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Excute sales orders generated by sales team following up all the releated process till the customer recieve the goods .
• Support in Market releated interactions when needed .
• Managing and responding to customer concerns and problems.
• Arranging demonstration of products by field sales representatives.

Required knowledge:

• Recently graduated or about to graduate with a bachelors degree
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point Excel Word Outlook)
• Eager to learn & develop
• Agility to work with a team Good communication skills
• Multitasking

Nice to Haves:

• Practical knowledge of sales techniques strategies & relationship building
• Demonstrated ability to work independently & drive results
• Degree in biological science or business preferred
• Business planning skills
• Acceptable communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to grasp use of technology & applications (ie. iPad SAP); PC literate
