Job Summary
About the Role
Naqla is looking for a Senior Information Systems Specialist to lead the development
enhancement and integration of our core enterprise platforms. This role is central to
ensuring our systems scale with the business and remain tightly aligned with operational
and strategic needs.
The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical
implementation teams gathering requirements managing change requests and ensuring
successful deployment of enhancements and integrations across our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Support the enhancement and day-to-day optimization of systems across different
departments
Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into clear technical and
functional requirements
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors during the implementation and integration of
third-party systems with Naqlas ERP ecosystem
Monitor system performance and report issues bugs or enhancement opportunities to the
IS Lead and relevant stakeholders
Help ensure system updates configurations and changes are properly documented and
tested before deployment
Provide first-level support and guidance to internal users regarding system features
workflows and issues
Follow up on support tickets user requests and implementation tasks to ensure timely
resolution
Participate in user training sessions and assist in preparing training materials and user
guides
Requirements
Must-Have:
0 to 2 years of experience in Information Systems ERP administration or business
systems management
Hands-on experience managing or implementing Oracle ERP
Proven ability to gather document and manage business requirements
Strong knowledge of system integration APIs and third-party software deployment
Strong verbal and written communication; ability to manage stakeholders across
departments
Nice-to-Have:
Familiarity with logistics or transportation industry systems
Experience in data synchronization between multiple platforms
Knowledge of workflow automation and low-code platform
Required Skills:
Ability to clearly articulate ideas technical concepts and project requirements to team members and stakeholders. Active listening to understand the needs and feedback of others. Breaking down complex problems into manageable parts. Analyzing issues to find the root cause and develop effective updated with the latest industry trends tools and best practices.
