Job Summary
Import Documentation and Customer Service Executive
Business Unit: Liner Agency KMTC
Location: Alexandria
Main job responsibilities:
- Data entry of manifest information on the company operational shipping line system.
- Translate the import cargo manifest to fulfill customs authority instructions.
- Calculate storage and demurrage fee according to SL regulations and issue relevant invoices.
- Revising invoices and issue release letter to Port Office.
- Coordinate with involved sales executives to ensure that the client invoice include all services provided to the customers.
- Handle all customers complaints in effective & prompt way.
- Communicate with customers for long lasting units.
Competencies / Skills:
1. Values team work in terms of sharing information.
2. Good communications skills.
3. Good command of English Language.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree.
2. 2 - 5 years of experience.
3. Excellent level in Microsoft office.
