At Eni we are looking for a HR Management Supervisor within IEOC Production BV in Cairo Egypt. You will be responsible for providing operational support across recruitment employee administration training and development performance management employee relations and HR reporting. You will also facilitate communication between employees management and external stakeholders while contributing to a positive work environment and overall organisational effectiveness.

Main responsibilities:
- Manage all the selection and recruitment processes.
- Prepare all the documents for the onboard & off boarding process.
- Handle all phone screening interviews for candidates applying for the various vacancies and providing feedback to the HR manager.
- Prepare local G&A budget in the budget cycle in addition to the 4-year plan.
- Draft all local procedures for management approval.
- Manage MSGs and annexes related to Human Resources department.
- Monitor the medical scheme and any relevant deductions.
- Handle all local administrative work as per policies and procedures (attendance overtime settlements vacation balance etc).
- Handle Training & Development for all staff (Local & Expatriate) with HQ and the budget.
- Prepare mobilization documents for nominated Eni candidates assigned to IEOC/JV.
Skills and experience required:
- Degree (Bachelors or Masters in HR Business Administration Law Psychology or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR personnel administration or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment employee relations performance management and HR administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (HRIS/HCM).
