Your new role
As an HR Student Intern youll be at the heart of our People & Organisation team supporting recruitment onboarding employee administration and internal communications. This is a practical fast-paced role where youll learn by doing gaining exposure to the full HR value chain while contributing to a team that puts people first.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and following up on all recruitment positions according to deadlines and updating recruitment tracking sheets with new hire numbers and initials creation
- Ensuring proper implementation of hiring and exit processes including filing of personnel documentation for all employees
- Handling HR letter requests and managing timely pension payments for resigned employees
- Coordinating the preparation of all internal assessments
- Updating monthly HR allowances and resignation sheets to support accurate payroll preparation
- Managing Coupa (PO) requests and contract updates
- Preparing communication announcements for new hires and internal events

Your skills & qualifications
Were looking for a curious organized and proactive HR Student who is eager to learn and build a career in HR. To succeed in this role youll bring:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel for tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
- A collaborative mindset professional discretion when handling confidential information and a genuine interest in people and HR processes

You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
