Tasks and responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities posting jobs screening resumes scheduling interviews and engaging with candidates.
Support onboarding processes and help new hires feel welcomed and prepared for success.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Participate in employee engagement programs wellness initiatives and internal communications.
Support reference checks offer letters and onboarding documentation.
Contribute to employer branding draft posts design career materials.
Support performance appraisal cycles collecting forms compiling data and following up with departments.
Prepare HR analytics reports on metrics such as recruitment status.
Help ensure all employee files are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
Learn and apply confidentiality standards and HR data protection practices.
Support audits and HR documentation requests
Ability to communicate in English and Arabic.
Passionate about people communication and organizational culture.
Flexible with working hours and days.
- Hands on experience working in the media production industry.
