HR Generalist
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Oversee and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including job posting development candidate screening and interview coordination
- Execute comprehensive onboarding and orientation protocols for newly hired personnel
- Administer and maintain applicant tracking systems with meticulous attention to data integrity
2. Employee Relations
- Address and resolve employee grievances and workplace disputes with professionalism and impartiality
- Facilitate conflict resolution processes and administer disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy
- Foster and maintain a professional workplace culture aligned with organizational values
3. HR Administration
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and HR databases with strict adherence to confidentiality standards
- Prepare and compile HR reports and documentation for management review and compliance purposes
- Ensure rigorous protection of sensitive employee data and confidential information
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Coordinate payroll operations and ensure accurate timely compensation processing
- Administer employee benefits programs and manage program communications
- Provide authoritative guidance to employees regarding compensation structures and benefits eligibility
5. Compliance & Policies
- Ensure organizational compliance with applicable labor laws regulations and company policies
- Develop update and disseminate HR policies and procedures to all organizational stakeholders
- Support compliance audits and regulatory reporting requirements
6. Performance Management
- Oversee performance review processes and provide strategic guidance to management
- Assist managers in establishing performance objectives and conducting comprehensive employee evaluations
- Assess and identify organizational training and professional development requirements
7. Training & Development
- Design and implement employee training and development programs
- Champion professional development initiatives that align with organizational objectives
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 25 years of professional HR experience in a generalist or equivalent role
- Demonstrated expertise in labor laws and HR best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal competencies
- Advanced organizational and analytical problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP PHR)
- Proficiency with HR software and HRIS systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with strict discretion and integrity
