Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary HR Director to lead the human resources function and drive organizational development and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in developing HR strategies building scalable HR systems and fostering a performancedriven and peoplecentric culture in large retail organizations.
Requirements
15 years of progressive HR experience including 23 years in HR Director or Senior HR Manager role
Proven track record in organizational development and transformation
Extensive experience in retail.
Managed HR operations for organizations of 2000 employees
Demonstrated success in building HR systems structures and processes
Strong leadership communication and stakeholdermanagement skills
Fluency in English (written & spoken) is required
Masters degree / MBA in HR Management preferred
