Connectalents the leading recruitment & HROC Company in MENA is currently hiring HR Coordinator in Sheraton for a leading transportation company operating in KSA and Egypt with a variety of services including transportation automobile service for businesses that excels at getting goods to and from ports.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
Contribute to posting job advertisements on the appropriate recruitment platforms.
Organize candidate dataincluding resumes job tasks and contact detailswithin the internal database.
2. Personnel Affairs
Assist with onboarding procedures in compliance with approved policies and review required documentation and files for new hires.
Maintain and archive employee records and files.
Monitor daily attendance departures and absences.
3. Medical Social and Car Insurance
Follow up on medical and social insurance procedures for employees in coordination with the HR Supervisor.
Assist in managing car insurance files and documentation.
4. Administrative Tasks
Assist with all administrative tasks related to the department.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
1 to 2 years of experience as a General HR Coordinator.
HR Diploma is preferred.
Proficiency in utilizing social media/social networking platforms.
Strong organizational skills.
Good knowledge of labor law.
Required Skills:
Job Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager with a strong background in managing heavy truck fleets Experience with light vehicles is a plus Courses: PMP certification is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Languages: Good command of English (spoken and written) How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to send their updated CV to with the subject Fleet Maintenance Manager
