Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff assign tasks and inspect completed work.
Ensure adherence to hygiene and sanitation standards.
Handle guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs.
Train new staff and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Conduct room inspections and maintain reports.
Support deep cleaning schedules and special cleaning projects.
Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in hotels/resorts 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic English; additional language skills are a plus.
Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment.
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
