Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager

(Wadi Yemm DP2 / DP3-4 / DP5 / DP6-7 Quality HSE & Compliance)

Education Requirements and Acceptable Alternatives

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical preferred) Mandatory
  
• Strong site-based HSE experience in large projects may substitute for academic specialization
  

Required Courses / Certifications

• OSHA Certification Mandatory / Strong Advantage
  
• ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 (Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor) Preferred
  

Other Important Requirements / Remarks

• Strong experience in:
  
• HSE Management Systems
  
• Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS)
  
• Incident Investigation & Reporting
  
• Site Safety Audits & Compliance
  
• Experience in infrastructure / large-scale projects is highly preferred
  
• Must be:
  
• Strong personality (enforcing compliance)
  
• Proactive and site-oriented
  
• Excellent in communication and reporting
  
• Experience in multi-contractor environments
  
• Strong coordination with:
  
• Construction teams
  
• QA/QC team

Typical Career Progression:

• 05 years: HSE Engineer / Safety Officer
