Manage Headcount Demand Planning/ Supply and W&D functions to achieve the agreed upon targets. Optimize Demand & Supply functions by ensuring forecast accuracy and proactively managing inventory levels in order to maintain an ideal supply line to feed the market.Job Description
Major accountabilities:
Lead the Sales & Business Planning (S&BP) process ensuring alignment with global planning cycles and maintaining accurate demand forecasts to prevent stock shortages.
Drive supply chain performance by achieving key operational KPIs related to customer service inventory forecast accuracy and overall business performance.
Collaborate closely with commercial teams regional/global supply chain organizations and external stakeholders to support business objectives and sales growth.
Manage inventory and product availability across the portfolio ensuring optimal stock levels timely replenishment and effective lifecycle management.
Ensure successful execution of product launches institutional orders and customer deliveries through proactive planning and coordination.
Oversee warehousing distribution and logistics operations ensuring compliance with HSE standards good warehousing practices and service level commitments.
Manage third-party logistics providers through regular performance reviews KPI monitoring and implementation of corrective and continuous improvement actions.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory quality corporate governance code of conduct and company SOP requirements across all supply chain activities.
Lead operational excellence initiatives including productivity improvements cost optimization capacity enhancement LEAN programs and regional/global supply chain projects.
Foster a high-performance and people-focused culture by supporting talent development organizational initiatives employee engagement and health and safety within the supply chain team.
Essential requirements:
University degree in Supply Chain Management / Science / Economics / Finance / Industrial Engineering or related field.
8-10 years of senior manager / strategic planning experience in pharmaceutical sales & distribution.
Advanced stakeholder management skills.
Strong sense of urgency and prioritization.
Fluent in English and local language.
