Job Role
Sales & Revenue Ownership: Drive membership sales renewals and upselling to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
Team Performance Management: Manage coach and develop the sales team ensuring clear KPIs and high performance.
Fitness Revenue Growth: Lead the fitness team to achieve Personal Training (PT) revenue targets.
Branch Operations: Oversee daily operations including front desk hygiene standards and overall service quality.
Customer Experience: Handle customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
Financial Management: Monitor budgets control costs and ensure profitability targets are met.
Experience: 5 years of experience in Customer Service and Sales.
Leadership: Proven experience managing sales and customer service teams
Commercial Mindset: Strong ability to drive revenue and translate targets into daily actions.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve challenges effectively.
Required Industry Background
Candidates must have experience in one of the following:
- Fitness Industry (Highly Preferred)
- Pharmaceutical Field
