The Role
Lite is hiring a Group Product Manager to fill a critical role in the product organization. This is a senior hands-on leadership role: someone who brings deep product expertise sets product strategy and vision and raises the bar for the rest of the product team. Youll work closely with the CPO to define where Lites product goes next and mentor and develop your PM team along the way.
What Youll Do
Define and articulate product strategy and vision across Lites payment product lines.
Build deep applied knowledge of payments and fintech and use it to sharpen product decisions.
Lead coach and mentor Product Managers; raising the bar on quality craft and execution.
Partner with the CPO and leadership team to set roadmap priorities and product direction.
Drive structured research and benchmarking (market competitive and customer) to ground strategy in evidence.
Represent product leadership cross-functionally with engineering design business and compliance.

Product leadership experience at a startup recognized for strong product practice.
Experience scaling a product function inside a fast-growing startup.
Previous experience in tech is needed to flourish in this role.
B2B product experience is strongly preferred.
