Graphic Designer

• Understand project requirements and translate them into creative visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

• Develop concepts drafts mockups and final visuals using appropriate design tools ensuring creativity accuracy and timely delivery.

• Create apply and evolve brand identities including logos color palettes typography systems and comprehensive brand guidelines.

• Maintain visual consistency and brand alignment across all platforms including social media digital marketing materials presentations and printed assets.

• Design and produce event-related materials such as banners backdrops invitations brochures presentations templates and promotional collateral.

•  Develop pitch decks visual presentations templates and mood boards that clearly communicate ideas concepts and brand direction.

• Present creative concepts to internal teams explain design rationale and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with marketing projects events and business development teams to translate strategies into effective visual solutions.

• Edit and refine graphics templates and visual assets to ensure clarity quality and strong brand messaging.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards.

• Prepare and deliver final artwork files optimized for print production and digital deployment.

• Stay up to date with design trends tools and best practices proactively proposing creative ideas and innovative visual solutions.

Qualifications :

• Skilled in design software: Photoshop Illustrator and Adobe Premiere.

• Comfortable using Google Drive and Google Sheets for file management.

• Strong artistic sense and attention to detail.

• Creative flexible and open to learning and feedback.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
