Process Technology Specialist Your future position

As a Process Technology Specialist you will support product industrialisation process optimisation and continuous improvement within manufacturing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient high-quality production aligned with business and quality standards.

Based at our October 6th site you will join a collaborative team and directly report to the Process Technology Manager I.

In this role you will:

• Manage manufacturing instructions and production processes

• Support product industrialisation scale-up and process changes

• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve non-conformances

• Work closely with Quality Operations and R&D to ensure efficient production

• Collaborate with flavourists to align formulations with manufacturing capabilities

• Drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving (PDCA)

• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (e.g. HACCP GMP ISO)

• Contribute to innovation by exploring new processes and technical solutions

You

You are a proactive and open-minded professional with a strong problem-solving mindset. You enjoy improving processes working in a scientific environment and discovering new solutions.

You bring:

• 2-8 years of experience in the food industry

• Experience with flavours or related processes (advantage)

• A degree or certification in Food Science Agriculture or similar

• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies (Green or Yellow Belt)

• Experience using structured methods such as PDCA root cause analysis or similar approaches in a manufacturing environment

• Good understanding of food safety and manufacturing processes

• Good level of English (written and spoken)

• Curiosity and willingness to improve ways of working

• Openness to exploring new technologies
