German-Speaking Recruiter

Language Requirement: German B2 or higher

Our client is looking for a German-speaking Recruiter to join their recruitment team in Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and engaging candidates while ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience.

This role is ideal for someone with recruitment experience who is confident engaging with candidates in German and English.

• Source candidates through job boards LinkedIn social media and other recruitment channels

• Screen and assess candidates against role requirements

• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments

• Engage with candidates in German and English

• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records

• Provide regular updates to candidates and internal stakeholders

• Meet recruitment targets and agreed turnaround times

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

• German proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Previous experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition is preferred

• Experience in high-volume recruitment or BPO recruitment is advantageous

• Strong spoken and written communication skills in German and English

• Confident interviewing and candidate-screening skills

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Minimum Bachelors degree / Graduation preferred
