Working Hours: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM CET
Working Schedule: 9-hour shift including a 1-hour break
Days: Sunday closed with 2 days off per week (1 rotational and Sunday)
Salary: EGP30000 - EGP39000 Per Month Benefits
Our client is looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Cairo. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are fluent in German and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- German language proficiency: Minimum B2 level (CEFR)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Fresh graduates can be considered
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service Operations BPO or Support functions
- Experience handling voice and/or non-voice processes
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM or ticketing tools is an added advantage
- Good typing skills and attention to detail
