Job Summary
Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Obour City. Our client operates in the manufacturing and industrial sector with a strong emphasis on financial discipline performance management and data-driven decision-making. The organization supports operational and strategic functions through structured financial planning and analysis.
The FP&A Analyst will support budgeting forecasting and financial performance analysis across the organization. This role is ideal for a professional with solid analytical skills who is looking to grow within the FP&A function.
Lead monthly quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Perform variance analysis against the budget and forecast providing insights and recommendations
Prepare financial reports dashboards and performance analysis for management review
Analyze business performance costs revenues and profitability to support decision-making
Monitor KPIs and support strategic planning through financial models and scenario analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data and validate financial assumptions
Support month-end closing activities from an analysis and reporting perspective
Enhance and automate FP&A processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy
Mid-level / junior profile with relevant experience in FP&A or financial analysis
Strong computer skills particularly in Excel and financial analysis tools
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Male candidates must have completed military service
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Location preference: candidates residing in or near Obour City
