Job Summary

- Manage the selection of materials sanitary lighting and all equipment needed for a project

- Manage furniture selection accessories and decorative lighting selections with the required specs.

- and material mood boards .

- Collaborate with design teams to ensure project alignment with client vision.

- Conduct market research to source high-quality materials and products.

- Maintain project timelines and budgets efficiently.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design experience sourcing materials and selecting high-quality furnishings and finishes.

Responsibilities include procurement vendor coordination budgeting and ensuring all selections align with project aesthetics and functionality.
Bachelors degree in interior design Architecture or related field.
3-5 years of experience in FF&E .
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in design software (e.g. Photoshop InDesign AutoCAD SketchUp Microsoft) is a must.
