Factory Assistant Cleaner

The primary purpose of this position is to maintain a clean safe and efficient workplace while providing general operational support across the factory and office.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the factory offices amenities and common areas
• Receiving and distributing deliveries to the appropriate departments
• Coordinating and assisting external contractors on-site
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen facilities including dishwashers and supplies
• Managing waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company procedures
• Completing basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs around the facility
• Assisting the production team with material handling stock organisation and general factory duties
• Supporting day-to-day operations as required across the business

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a general hand cleaning maintenance or factory support role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
• Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
• Physical capability to undertake manual handling and lifting tasks
• Positive attitude with a willingness to assist across multiple areas of the business
• Reliable punctual and team-focused approach
